How it works

Four steps,
from survey to handover.

Every project runs the same sequence. The only thing that changes is the size of the site and the number of trades on it.

    Site survey

    We walk the site, read the soil and the neighbours, and write down what the ground will actually allow.

  2. 02

    Design and permits

    Drawings are coordinated with the client and the authorities before the first shovel goes in.

  3. 03

    Construction

    One site manager, one programme and one weekly report for the whole project.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Inspection, documentation and training, then the site log closes and the building is yours.
